Special Education
The School District of Brodhead is committed to providing free appropriate educational opportunities to all students. Using a responsive model and appropriate interventions to meet students' needs is a priority. The Special Education program in the District formally identifies students who qualify for and need special education services. While most students’ needs can be met with support within the classroom, some have programming in a different setting than their peers. The District educates all students with disabilities in the least restrictive environment.
If you have questions about your child's learning, please contact your child's teacher or the school psychologist. You are also welcome to contact the Director of Pupil Services if you have questions about your child's learning or the special education process.
Respectfully,
Gail Anderson
Director of Pupil Services
