Report cards are issued based on the outcomes in four priority areas:
 

•  Achievement: multi-year average in ELA and Math scores

•  Growth:  ELA/Math growth from year to year (Value Added)

•  Target Group Outcomes: Growth of lowest performing students

•  On-Track to Graduate: Attendance, Growth, Achievement, Graduation
